- A master’s degree from a recognized university in Education Management, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, e-Learning Technology or a related field
- Have effective interpersonal skills and good proficiency in English and Armenian languages

- Experience in planning training programs and course design for web-based delivery
- Strong research, data collection and analysis skills

Subject-Matter Expert if you have:
- A master’s degree from a recognized university in any of these fields: Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Science and Technology or a related field
- Relevant professional experience and talent for sharing your knowledge (trainer/instructor experience is desirable)
- Have effective interpersonal skills and good command of English and Armenian languages
- Flexibility with high sense of responsibility and commitment to project goals
- Ability to work remotely and be part of a team
English/EFL Instructor if you have:
- A master’s degree or a graduate certificate from a recognized university in TEFL/TESOL
- 3-5 years’ experience in teaching EFL to high school or undergraduate learners
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong command of the English language
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and knowledge of web-based instructional methods is desirable
- Ability to work remotely and be part of a team
